After-School Program

After-School programming offers children a safe place to belong during out-of-school time. Upon arrival, all members are provided with a Super Snack before participating in a variety of enriching activities of their choice.

Dates: 

  • The Bangor School Department Calendar

Hours: 

  • 3:00pm - 6:00pm

Cost: 

  • $10-$85 per week per child, based on income

    • There is a 50% discount for one added sibling, with additional able to be added free of cost

​No child will be turned away due to a family's inability to pay the full cost of our fees. Please review our Financial Assistance Guidelines for information on our different options for financial assistance for childcare costs.

Activities Offered: 

Youth have the opportunity to participate in different activities and programs of their choice throughout the day, including: ​

  • SMART Moves

  • Youth for Unity

  • Team Gym Games

  • Drawing Club

  • All Stars Soccer

  • Recess

  • LEGO Club

  • Fine Arts

  • Career Launch

  • Free Play

  • Open Gym

Our After-School Program is for Club members only. If your child is not yet a member, you can still sign them up for the program using the form here and we will reach out to assist you in registering for a membership.

Transportation from School: 

  • Fairmount (BHS): Bus O​

  • Downeast School: Bus C

If your child attends a different school than the two listed, you will need to organize your own transportation
